Our office has been invaded with many ladybugs over the last couple of weeks. It turns out we are not alone in dealing with this small problem. These japanese beetles are a pale orange and not the red we think of when we think of ladybugs. The beetles were introduced to North America in 1988 by the US government for insect control.
These tiny bugs are just looking for warmth as they make their way in to our homes and offices. This variety supposedly bite although personally have not experienced this yet. The best way to deal with them is to vacuum them up and dispose of the bag right away.
